Because the academic year flows in semesters, with students learning new skills and culminating in final projects, the posts and podcasts hosted here tended to come out only sporatically, every few months or so. That kind of release schedule doesn&#8217;t really generate sustained interest (on your part or mine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, it&#8217;s time for a reboot. Starting this week, I will release a newsletter weekly. I&#8217;ll consider how we (and the rest of life on Earth) marinate in a complex stew of chemicals, both inside and out, that influence our health and, really, that make us what we are. The posts will be short and hopefully might pique your interest or give you a different perspective. I&#8217;ll start small and see where it goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chemicals are <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">EVERYWHERE<\/mark><\/strong>. We are literally made up of chemicals. Biological beings are really complex, organized, symphonies of chemicals. There&#8217;s much to explore. Good, bad, ugly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you will consider subscribing to this free newsletter. It&#8217;ll get better over time, so hang in there with me.
